Ambassador for South Italy

Gemma Teresa Colesanti

Gemma Teresa Colesanti is a member of Time Machine Ambassadors team responsible for South Italy. She is a researcher at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), now at the Istituto di Scienze per il Patrimonio Culturale (ISPC-CNR) of Naples. She has actively participated in several EU and national research projects as coordinator of international research groups. She has published on national and international level in the field of Medieval History and Palaeography and Digital Humanities. Her teaching activities include numerous courses and specialist seminars in Medieval History at Università Orientale Naples (2008-2013) and Latin paleography and archive-keeping. She was also involved in the organization committee and scientific committee of several international conferences and congress in different EU countries. CNR is founding member of  the Time Machine Organisation.
