Stakeholder Forum under the ApplyAI Strategy
On 23 March 2026 (10:30–13:00 CET, online), the European Commission (DG CONNECT) and the 3D-4CH Online Competence Centre will co-organise a Stakeholder Forum on AI for 3D Digital Twins in Cultural Heritage.
The event takes place under the ApplyAI Strategy and supports the uptake and scaling of AI technologies for highly realistic and accurate 3D digital twins of cultural heritage sites and artefacts across Europe.
“The AI for 3D Digital Twins in Culture Forum will be a great opportunity to advance the use of AI for 3D digitisation and reuse, while exploring and showcasing concrete examples of innovation in the field. I am certain that this Forum will contribute to the next wave of AI-driven 3D digital twins in the European cultural domain, strengthening one of the ten key industry sectors identified to boost AI adoption and supporting the uptake of EU-developed technological solutions.”
— Rehana Schwinninger Ladak, Head of Unit, DG CONNECT
