Scope

Applications are open during 2026.

Participative loans for innovative SMEs in the audiovisual, videogames and cultural and creative industries. Relevant for digital storytelling, immersive heritage experiences, cultural platforms, creative technologies and market-oriented digital cultural products.

The Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration and the Ministry of Culture are allocating 7.5 million euros to promote the Spain Audiovisual Hub Plan, through the ENISA Audiovisual and Cultural and Creative Industries financing line.

Aim :
To support and promote, through financing, innovative business projects promoted by small and medium-sized enterprises in the audiovisual and video game sector, as well as the cultural and creative industries.

Beneficiary companies :
SMEs dedicated to the development of products and services in the audiovisual and video game sectors with a strong digital component, as well as the cultural and creative industries.
This program is aimed at both newly created companies and those considering a consolidation, growth, or internationalization project.

Remarks

Conditions :
– Minimum loan amount: €25,000.
– Maximum loan amount: €1,500,000.

Requirements :
– Registered office in Spain.
– Being an SME, according to the definition of the European Union.
– To have its own legal personality, independent of that of the partners or participants.
– The business project must demonstrate its technical and economic viability, and present an innovative, novel business model or one with clear competitive advantages.
– The borrowing company must co-finance the financial needs associated with the business project.
– The company’s equity will be equivalent, at a minimum, to the amount of the loan.
– Companies applying for an Enisa loan must demonstrate a balanced financial structure and professional management.
– The accounts for the last closed financial year must be submitted, which will have been deposited in the Commercial Registry or in another appropriate public registry.
– Companies receiving an Enisa loan exceeding €300,000 must have their financial statements for the last completed fiscal year externally audited.
– Companies whose activity corresponds to the real estate and financial sectors are excluded. More information on this matter can be found in the ” Frequently Asked Questions ” section.
