Scope

The objective of this Call is to support innovations building on creative solutions to tackle the major challenges facing the CCSI as well as global challenges addressed by CCSI. We aim for projects that develop disruptive products and services that can be used in the CCSI and beyond targeting mainly five high impact markets Architecture, Audio-visual, Cultural Heritage, Design and  Fashion and Textile.

EIT Culture & Creativity will support courses that use ‘learn by doing’, action-based and challenge-based learning methodologies and that will facilitate collaborative working to develop skills, knowledge and ideas that can be applied to participants’ professional projects.  The courses should cater to accommodate diverse learning needs and a range of professional backgrounds. EIT Culture & Creativity is aiming to support the creation of 5 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses in the following five critical areas:

1. Digital – focusing on the use of digital tools. 

2. Data driven methods and practice – developing skills that enable CCSI professionals to understand the role of data in developing the sector.

3. Business skills – boosting knowledge and skills in strategic planning, financial and project management, social entrepreneurship etc.

 4. Sustainable development and prosperity – focusing on skills that support the creation of strategies and practices for sustainable development.

5. Design based thinking / Creative thinking – training cultural sector professionals – as well as those in other sectors – to unlock creativity to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

All courses must satisfy requirements as outlined in the EIT labelling handbook for non-degree training and EIT Competence Certification Model.

Mandatory KPI(s)

EITHE07.01: No of graduates from EIT-labelled programmes. A minimum target of 120 graduates after the second year is required.

Remarks

The consortium must include partners from at least three different countries (of which at least one must be a partner from a RIS region), and must include at least one academic institution or VET provider.
