The Helsinki Central Library Oodi organizes the Digime 2024: Horizons of Digital Cultural Heritage seminar with the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture, CSC – Science Information Technology Center and the Digime cooperation network on Thursday, 10 October 2024 in the premises of the Library in Oodi and online.
The event is meant to look to the future: the horizons of digital cultural heritage are examined, e.g. from the point of view of digital cultural heritage reference architecture work. We will also hear what kind of funding opportunities and other collaboration possibilities open up for Finnish organizations through various European projects and initiatives.
Our Finnish Time Machine Ambassador and RFC Editor Juha Henriksson will give a presentation about international cultural heritage networks collaborating with TMO, such as the Europeana Network Association, ARCHE and EIT Culture & Creativity. In addition, he will participate in the panel discussion.
